In addition to his corporate experience, Dennis is a faculty member at Central Michigan University, teaching courses in Strategic Global Management and Human Resource Management.


Dennis’ background, in both the corporate and academic areas of HR, and his experience as a business owner, have given him a broad HR perspective that enables him and his staff to provide you with a high-quality human resource partner to meet your company’s staffing objectives.

​​Dennis Kimble, HRN’s  owner, holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in Management from Oakland University.  Prior to founding HRN, Dennis was the Director of Professional Recruitment for Michigan National Corporation, one of Michigan’s major financial institutions. He also worked as an Executive Recruiter for Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers), an international public accounting firm. 


He has experienced first-hand the challenges of attracting and retaining quality employees.  Dennis has also held management positions in employee relations and compensation management.
